The parish picnic Saturday September 26th from 11:00 to 2:00.

The Knights will be supporting this event in multiple areas please consider signing up.

There will be additional volunteers from the parish to help in the dining room.  We will be accepting good will donations as well as credit card.

Please report to the kitchen as follows.

Electrical Setup: 8:30 AM

Soccer Challenge: 10:15 AM

Dining Room Setup: 10:30 AM

Servers: 10:30 AM

Bingo: 10:30 AM

Dish Washers: 11:00 AM

Clean Up: 1:30 PM

Electrical Take Down: 2:00

Wayne Parsons need help setting up electrical and taking down for the Picnic.  We need 3 @ 8:30 AM and 3 @ 2:00 PM.

I have added the Knight Soccer Challenge to this so we don’t have a bunch of different sign ups. We need a couple of people to help with set up at 10:15. The rest can show up 15 min. before the picnic starts 10:30-10:45.

I have also added slots for Bingo Runners.  We need helpers from 10:30-1:45.
