Friday 4:00pm Set Up—4:00pm to 8:00pm **Need 6 People to set up various reconciliation classrooms and tape signs to doors.
Pre-Registration Room—6:30am to 11:45am **Need 4 People needed to tend to registration table and to hand out schedules and materials.
AM Hospitality Crew–6:30am-12:45pm **Need 5 People to direct incoming attendees and oversee cleanliness of meeting spaces.
PM Hospitality Crew—12:45pm to 4:30pm **Need 4 People to guide and assist attendees and oversee cleanliness of meeting spaces.
Mass Assignment—2:35pm to 3:35pm **Need 9 EMHC’s for Archbishop Naumann’s mass.
Reconciliation Line Mgt—11:45am to 01:30pm **Need 4 people to help guide men to reconciliation rooms (keep the waiting lines level).
Walk-In Registration—6:30am to 11:45pm **Need 2 People to assist with unregistered walk-ins including credit card payments.
Priest Runners—10:00am to 11:45am **Need 3 People to guide incoming priests to their reconciliation rooms plus distribute their lunch.
Speaker Escorts—Morning and Afternoon **Need 4 People to attend to speakers’ needs and to assist them with their sales materials.
Saturday Tear Down—3:30pm to 5:00pm Need 6+ people to restore reconciliation rooms to classrooms and remove signage.
