BREAKFAST SHIFT runs from 6:15am to 11:00am
- Set up tables for food and beverage serving stations
- Re-stock as needed throughout breakfast and break
- Wipe tables as needed.
LUNCH SHIFT runs from 11:00am to 2:00pm
- Set up tables for lunch serving stations
- Re-stock food as needed throughout lunch
- Wipe tables as needed
- Deliver priest meals to school entrance
At the conclusion of lunch, set up room for school
- Wipe tables
- Return round tables to storage
- Return chairs to storage
- Put movable wall in place.
