IMPORTANT – Please note you should check in as a volunteer with Bill Fredrickson at the bar/serving area NLT 5:30P.  This will enable you to attend the 4:30P Mass and volunteer.  The bar and food serving will be outside similar to the Parish Picnic near the St. John’s room entrance.

Clean-up will be modest, return tables to the Parish Hall and clean-up steam table – easy peasy!  We should be completed by 7:30 or earlier.

Remember – Everyone working with or around food must wear a hat or hairnet and gloves. Plan ahead and bring a hat with you.
