Our Church will be celebrating Corpus Christi with a Procession following the 4:30P Mass and a “cook out” after the procession.   The Parish Office has enlisted the Knight’s to support with a culinary event.

The Knights will be supporting by preparing and serving a Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, beans, chips and drinks.

We will be serving in the Parish Hall.

Dogs & Burgers will be served following the Procession starting at ~6:15P.  We must be ready by 6:00P.  We will serve from ~6:15P to 7:30Pish.  We also will have the Kegerator deployed!

THERE WILL ONLY BE ONE SHIFT!  Start at 5:00P, out by 8:00P.

We are asking you arrive and “check in” by 5:00P to allow time for set-up, etc.  We also ask you to assist with take down/clean-up.

Knights will be responsible for

• Collection of “Free Will” donations
• Set up/cleanup tables and table monitoring
• Serving hot food
• Make and put out drinks (lemonade, Ice Tea, water)
• Prep and cook burgers, dogs, and beans
• Cleanup kitchen, serving tables, and dishes

Remember – Everyone working with or around food must wear a hat or hairnet and gloves. Plan ahead and bring a hat with you.
