Date: September 30, 2023

Our Church will be holding its annual Fall Festival  September 30, 2023.  There will be a band and Beer Truck.  The Knights will support the parish by preparing and serving brats, dogs, mac & cheese, and pretzels with soft refreshments.

We will be serving outdoors (Parish Hall as back-up if inclement weather).  We will set-up to the right of the back entrance as you exit with four serving stations set-up in order: hot food, pretzels, condiments, utensils, soft refreshments.  Free Will donations will be set-up to the left when you exit.  We will stage prepared food in warming units behind the serving lines by the storage area.

We will start serving following the 4:30P Mass or ~ 5:30P.  We will serve until 7:00P ish depending on demand.

THERE WILL ONLY BE ONE SHIFT!  Start at 4:00P, out by 7:30P ish.

We are asking you arrive and “check in” by 4:00P to allow time for set-up, etc.  This will also give you time to grab a quick bite before we start serving.  We also ask you to assist with take down/clean-up.

Knights will be responsible for

• Prep and cook brats, hot dogs, mac & cheese, pretzels
• Collection of “Free Will” donations
• Serving hot food
• Make and put out drinks (lemonade, Ice Tea, water)
• Assist with condiments, refreshments, and utensils.
• Cleanup kitchen and dishes

Remember – Everyone working with or around food must wear a hat or hairnet and gloves. Plan ahead and bring a hat with you.
