DESCRIPTION:The Knights will be supporting by preparing and serving a Pulle
 d Pork\, Hot Dogs\, Hamburgers\, beans\, chips and drinks.\n\nThe Church i
 s providing a “beer truck” and dessert.\n\nWe will be serving outdoors
  (Parish Hall as back-up if inclement weather).\n\nPulled Pork\, Dogs &amp
 \; Burgers will be served starting at 6:00P.  We will serve until 8:00P (
 or earlier depending on demand).\n\nTHERE WILL ONLY BE ONE SHIFT!  Start 
 at 5:00P\, out by 8:30P.\n\nWe are asking you arrive and “check in” by
  5:00P to allow time for set-up\, etc.  We also ask you to assist with ta
 ke down/clean-up.\n\nKnights will be responsible for\n\n 	Collection of 
 “Free Will” donations\n 	Serving hot food\n 	Make and put out drinks (
 lemonade\, Ice Tea\, water)\n 	Prep and cook pulled pork\, burgers\, dogs\
 , and beans\n 	Cleanup kitchen\, serving tables\, and dishes\n\nRemember 
 – Everyone working with or around food must wear a hat or hairnet and gl
 oves. Plan ahead and bring a hat with you.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nMore information
