A request from our friend Brian…..
We have half of the church basement for a reception after the concert. My plan is to get some trays of cookies, lemonade, from Sams to set out. I was wondering if the Knights could help in facilitating the reception with set up, etc? Maybe brew some coffee?
Also, we are expecting a pretty good crowd, fingers crossed! Would it be possible to have some Knights up in the church to serve as ushers? They would also pass out the “at will donation” card and envelopes (for cash/check) donations Also, a couple of Knights to facilitate collecting cash/check donations in the gathering area? Stand guard over a donation box just to be on the safe side.

Usher Roles are pretty self explanatory based on Brian’s message. Reception hosts will coordinate with Brian to pick up cookies from Sam’s. They will Setup for the event after the Concert in PH A. Prepare beverages and restock beverages and cookies as needed – lemonade, iced tea and coffee. It will also include cleanup of kitchen area and PH A upon completion of the reception.
